Free Local Delivery
We offer free shipping on in-stock golf carts delivered to addresses within the Austin, Texas metro area.
Delivery times may vary based on scheduling, location, and availability.
Delivery Eligibility
We reserve the right to deny delivery for any reason, including but not limited to safety, accessibility, or logistical constraints.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements such as in-store pickup or third-party carrier delivery.
Third-Party Shipping
For deliveries outside of the Austin metro area, shipping is typically coordinated through independent third-party carriers.
While we make every effort to connect you with reliable transportation options, these deliveries are provided on a best-effort basis and do not imply any liability or inherited responsibility on the part of Lago Vista Golf Carts.
Once the vehicle is released to a third-party carrier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the condition and timing of delivery.

🏁 Pickup Policy
Scheduling a Pickup
We offer local pickup by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

Please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your purchase receipt when picking up your order.
Vehicle Inspection
Before you take possession of your golf cart, we’ll perform a brief inspection and provide an opportunity for you to verify the vehicle’s condition.
Once the golf cart has been picked up and signed for, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.
Missed or Rescheduled Pickups
If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us promptly at admin@lagovistagolfcarts.com.
Repeated missed appointments or extended delays in pickup (beyond 7 days of purchase) may result in storage fees or cancellation of the order at our discretion.
Pickup Disclaimer
Pickup times are subject to availability. Lago Vista Golf Carts reserves the right to postpone or deny pickup for any reason, including weather, safety, or operational constraints.
Ownership and liability for the golf cart transfer to the customer at the time of signed pickup.
